BetterDesk takes data security seriously at every level. All communication between the app and your TOPdesk environment is encrypted using TLS. Authentication is handled through your existing identity provider via Entra ID SSO, so no TOPdesk credentials are stored on the device. Session tokens are stored securely in the device keychain, and the app does not cache sensitive asset data locally. Your organization retains full control over user access and can revoke permissions at any time through the BetterDesk dashboard.
