Gridmark Analytics
We use Gridmark, our self-hosted analytics platform, to understand how Better Desk is used. This data helps us improve the product.
Gridmark collects no personal data. We do not see who you are — only aggregated, anonymous usage patterns. No data is shared with third parties.
